Their barrel size is a standard 1.25â in diameter, making them compatible with a huge variety of telescope focusers, diagonals, Barlow lenses, and other astronomical accessories. To help bring out details on the planets, or decrease the light throughput when viewing brilliant objects such as the Moon and Venus, simply thread an 1.25â planetary or moon filter to the end of the eyepiece barrel.
